1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on Process VDA -> Failure Analysis

3.Select a PI -> Process Segment -> Done

4.View the Failure Switch Button

5.Observe the Result

1.Go to Boss and click activities
2.CLick proposal rating from that
3.Then click the edit icon of any record and click team icon in that popup
