1.Login to FST
2.Select a PI
3.add new VOC row
4.Skip review and publish
5.Select enable review and check the behavior

Description

Skip review not changing to approved after 1st time publish if the page is not refreshed.-not able to replicate
After publishing it is allowing to enable review option and the requestor name is showing as reviewer, need another manual refresh to get the alert
