1.Login to FST
2.Select a PI
3.Enable review
4.Login as reviewer
5.Select requirement tag
6.attach a document
7.Accept the review
8. see the behavior

Description

Case 1. Attached a document and then accepted the review- status not changing to reviewed, action got removed from actions page
Case 2. If multiple reviewers are there and one reviewer accepted then facing same issue( action got removed status showing under review), action is not showing for 2nd reviewer.
