3. Attach FST input Document for "requirement allocation document"(vis deliverable info or overall PI linkage)
4. Try to publish and see the behaviour

2. Select an APQP project and Link FST documents
3. Publish the document (with Approval)
4. Login as approver
5. Check for the document name showing for the published document

2. Select a project and link production item
3. Set review for a document
4. Publish the document
5. Login as Reviewer
6. The review page is not showing the ratings
