Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction tab
3. Click on Autonomous Menu
4. Select the Equipment
5. Enter the data as "Not ok" if the changes is small thing which is done by self. User should have the option to change the Status as "Ok" near the Entry field. Need to capture the history
