In vision mission page, while trying to revise document with Attach from Doc Pro, Not working properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy link from menu
3. Click on "Attach" button for any one policy statement
4. Attach any document from local machine
5. Now click on "Revise Document" button from attached document
6. Click on "Attach from DocPro" link
7. Select any on document
8.Click on Done button nd observe the result

Description

1. In vision mission page, while trying to revise document with Attach from Doc Pro, Not working properly.

2. Cant able to attach more than 1 attachment in policy attachment
