Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy link from menu
3. Click on "Attach" button for any one policy statement
4. Attach any document from local machine
5. Now click on "Revise Document" button from attached document
6. Click on "Attach from DocPro" link
7. Select any on document
8.Click on Done button nd observe the result
