1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Process VDA tab
3.Select Structure Analysis Menu and select existing segment
4.Click on the operation Icon and create operation
5.Now click on the 4M icon
6.Click on the Map to Existing Failure drop-down
7.Observe the Result
