1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Function Analysis, add multiple requirement for the single function and delete the requirement and refresh the page
4.Goto Failure Analysis, add multiple requirement for the single function and delete the requirement and refresh the page
