Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Block Diagram select change the Context Element
4.In Block Diagram, under Add/Remove Elements uncheck the parent element and click ok
5.Agian Click on Add/Remove Elements

Design VDA: In Block Diagram, under Add/Remove Elements uncheck the parent element and click ok, in block diagram Child element is displayed again click on Add/Remove Elements button then child element is displaying as unchecked. Please Refer Screenshot
