Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Module Admin and select the module as "BOSS".
2. Click on the Inline Process menu > Click on Target Details Inline submenu.
3. Select the form as "QCIR"> Select the process -> Click on Submit Button.
4. Enter the same unit, year and month in two rows.
5. Observe the screen.
