Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy link from menu
3. Click on "Attach" button for any one policy statement
4. Click on "Attach from DocPro" link
5. Select any document which is having multiple revision numbers
6. Click on Done button
7. Now the attached document showing on new row
8. Click on the document link
9. Now the system not showing the latest revised document. Its showing the document which is attached very first time (1st Revision Document)
