1.Launch the application
2.Login into the Boss Module as a Administrator
3.Goto Customer Complaint and click on Details Link

Description

In CC Form click on Details link, CC Form is opened in New Window. In CC Form under "Standardization" and "Counter Action Effectiveness" section if check the check box then Browse, Upload button is displayed. Click on Browse button "Choose File to Upload" pop up is displayed. Choose the file and click on Cancel button. Then click on Upload button "Attachment Required" alert message is displayed, click on Ok button, the document is displayed. whereas Document should not display.
