4.Goto Line Patrol
5.Goto Inline Process-(DDR and QCIR)

Note: As per Riswan sir requirement confirmation.
In Master Form under Model form "Model Name" need to change "Model".
1.In Line Patrol Form->Under Model header column Model Code details is displayed.
1.In Master Form->Line->Model is displayed and in Drop Down Model Code details is displayed whereas Model Details should display
3.In DDR->Model is displayed and in Drop Down Model Code details are displayed whereas Model Details should display
4.In QCIR->Model is displayed and in Drop Down Model Code details are displayed whereas Model Details should display
