In User Preferences page under Date Format field set the Date Format as (YYYY/MM/DD) and save then in calendar pop up window (MM/DD/YYYY) format is displayed.

1.Launch the application
2.Login into the Suite Administrator and Goto user->Preference change the Date Format.
3.Login into the Boss Module as a Administrator
4.Goto Customer Complaint
5.Goto Warranty Format
6.Goto Line Patrol
7.Goto Inline Process (Daily Defect Record, Quality Control Inspection Report and Cutting Crimping Inspection)

Description

In all the calendar pop up window based on the User Preferences Date Format should display.

The Below are the Following Calendar pop up window appears

Customer Complaint-(Received Date, Submitted Date, CM Approved Date)
Warranty Format- (Received Date, Production Date, Repair Date, Sale Date, Approve Date, Stock Period, Previous Repair Date)
Line Patrol- (Problem Date)
Inline Process->Cutting & Crimping (Inspection Date)
