1.Launch the application
2.Login into the Boss Module as a Administrator
3.Click on Master Forms->DefectType->In Column No 4
4.Click on Line Patrol->Line Patrol->In Column No 21
5.Click on Inline Process->Machine->In Column No 3
6.Click on Inline Process->Terminal->In Column No 1 and 3
7.Click on Inline Process->Quality Control Inspection Report->In Column No 6
