openVDA/FQC : Preview filled checklist: (Issues added in description)

Step 1: Login as auditor.
Step 2: Perform audit -> Open VDA/FQC audit.
Step 3: Click any of Process in Audit Forms.(Page will redirect to Fill checklist page)
Step 4: Click Preview filled checklist button.(Preview filled checklist report should be display)
System should displays, with client logo & audit standard name in header, then these below details,
In First table need to show this audit details : Audit Conducted By, Audit Number, Auditee, Audit Standard, Audit Type, Start Date, End Date, Lead Auditor, Auditee Contact Person, Senior Auditor, Co-Auditor, Trainee Auditor, Additional Auditee Contact, Process(s)
In Second table need to show this details: Checklist, Checklist Path, Serial Number, Audit Form, Checkpoint, Max Score, Achieved Score, Immediate Action (X), Remarks
Description
1.Client logo & Standard name was missing.- Fixed
2.Additional auditee contact column was missing in Audit details table.(Need to show next to Trainee auditor)- Fixed
3.If the score was not yet selected 2 was showing instead of Select. Not Fixed>Checklist Path, Serial Number, Audit Form, Checkpoint) Fixed
4.<p like this html tag was showing in some of checkpoint questions. Fixed
5.Table header order should be like this(Checklist
