Steps To Reproduce:
1. login into EwQIMS
2. Click on Setup menu
3. Click on Inspection setup menu
4. Click on Inspection form standards
5. Click on add button
6. Select mandatory fields
7. Click on attach files and add documents to attach
8. Click on save button
9. Click on Documents menu
10. Click on Documents
11. Click on Inspection control default folder

Description
After attaching document in inspection form standards, attached documents are not showing in the default folder in TOC.
Note: Can able to view in document management but not in DOC
