Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to the module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)pick the respective audit
4)upload manual NC's by clicking on upload NC
5)fill all the mandatory fields and add an attachment to the nc
6)click on save
7)observe the audit report screen.
