Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Scheduler.
2. Go to Module setup page.
3. Create Audit mode, Layers, Equipment and Map Checklist and layer to Equipment.
4. Go to Administrator tab.
5. Click on LPA Schedule.
6. Select the required Layer and Year and click on Create schedule.
7. Once the Schedule is created, Click on status dropdown in the right side of scheduler page and confirm all schedules.
8. Go to Perform audit and click on Upload audit records.
9. Enter No as answer for checkpoint.
10. Right click on created NC and view the NC
