Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as admin having rights to child site (Chennai)
2)create a equipment type
3)click on equipment's
4)in equipment's right click on equipment's
5)click on "New assembly" or "New machine"
6)try to create assembly or machine
7)observe the screen

Description

System is not allowing to create "New Assembly" or "New Machine" for the user having rights to child site of other than corporate.
it throws an alert as "Equipment Name Already Exist! Please type in a unique Equipment name"

because the corporate user have already created Assembly/machine with the same name.
