Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login to EwQIMS Application.
2) Click on MSA-Setup menu - Click on Gages submenu.
3) Select Variable from Type dropdown list-->Click on New button.
4) Place the cursor on initial schedule field.
5) Observe the frequency -> Select as month or days.
Vice versa in -->
