Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as admin (chennai)
2)create a planned audit document
3)publish the planned audit document for approval
4)when plan is waiting for approval
5)click on actions tab in the same login
6)click on pending approval request
7)click on in progress
8)click on document number
9)observe the screen

Description
create a planned audit and publish the planned audit for approval using approver route and after publish click on actions tab and click on pending approval request click on the document number and observe the planned audit document.it does not displays the blocked weeks.
