Process VDA 5Ts - Maximized the 'Select Process Segment' popup and attempted to create a new Segment, but the 'Process Segment' popup opened beneath the 'Select Process Segment' popup.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Process VDA.
3. Select the 5Ts.
4. Select the segment and maximize the popup.
5. Select the add segment.
6. Click multiple times on the Create Segment icon.
7. Minimize the popup.
8. Observe the result - The Process segment popup opened multiple times.
