Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Process VDA.
3. Select the 5Ts.
4. Select the segment and maximize the popup.
5. Select the add segment.
6. Click multiple times on the Create Segment icon.
7. Minimize the popup.
8. Observe the result - The Process segment popup opened multiple times.
