2.Add a function A1 and requirement R1
3.Decompose A1 to A2 and R2
4.Decompose A2 to A3 and R3
5.Follow the Attachment

Description

FSR - While decomposing the function more than three levels, Following issues occurs. (Kindly contact if needed)
1. +R Buttons appear for each added requirement but only top most is functioning
2. after fourth level function system works randomly.
