Steps To Reproduce:

1.Logins Ewins user
2.Click on MSA set-up part
3.Click on Gage rr part wise schedule
4.Create the grr part for characteristics wise
5.Click on Conduct gage rr menu
6.Select the Gage number --> click on new button
7.Click on Part name drop down
8.Observe the Behaviour

Description

1.Duplicate Part names is listing while clicking part name drop down

for ex: - part has two characteristics for each characteristics wise Gage RR part was creating While conducting gage rr menu while clicking part name drop down part name is duplicating for characteristics wise It should show one time. Irrespective characteristics.
