openNo Change Required-Special Review is not going for the second round of Approvers action in the Review Approval-No change

1.Login Docpro as admin
2.Goto DP settings->Enable No Change required and select round two & Save
3.Goto Folder management set the route with three round of Approvers(in which 2nd approver is HOD & 3rd approver is assigned with MRO in positions)Set the review frequency & Save> Review Approval -No change actions is not showing
4.Login as document requestor -upload the documents under the same level and after approval route it is published
5.Now run the below query in the server after the n no of days
-update DPSettings set DocumentNoChangeDueFrequency = 2
6.Login as requestor and goto Actions & goto Doc due for review
7.Select the document and click No change required button
8.Expectation: No change required given documents must follow the special review process and goto HOD approval
9.OBR: Login as HOD and goto user actions
Description
No Change Required-Special Review is not going for the second round of Approvers action in the Review Approval-No change
-After executing the query 'update DPSettings set DocumentNoChangeDueFrequency = 2',not reviewed documents must go for special review when given 'No change required' by the document requestor
-But its not showing the 'Review Approval-No change' actions for the second round of approver(HOD)/MRO
