Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to the Module Administrator
2.Create Group with Full Rights.
3.Click on MSA-Setup Menu->Click on Gage RR Part wise Schedule Submenu
4.Click On New Button--->Enter All Mandatory fields with out Last study Date
5.Click ON save button
6.Observe the Behaviour
