Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the Products Tab and select Design VDA Menu.
3. select the Failure Analysis menu
4. Select a Production Item
5. Right-click on the Cause
6. Add a Risk value against cause
7. Edit the risk value
8. changing the risk value in the edit dropdown popup
9. then edit the risk value again
10. data is not updated after refreshing, instead, it displays the old data.

Description

Issue 1: The Edit risk value is not updated in the below scenario (screen shots are attached word file)
Step 1: Add a Risk value against cause
Step 2: Edit the risk value
Step 3: changing the risk value in the edit dropdown popup
Step 4: then editing the risk value again
Step 5: data is not updated after refreshing, instead, it displays the old data.

Issue 2: When I enter empty data into the Edit Risk text box, it displays undefined, After refreshing, it displays old data
