Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application as a reviewer
2. Navigate to Suite setup-> Action management Actions or Docpro-> Actions
3. Click on Draft Request Needing viewing
4. Select the document
5. Enter review comments and submit

Description

Getting server error on submitting a document after Review from DOcpro Actions page
When trying to review from Sutie Action management the review is not getting submitted, ie, not able to complete action

Steps to set up review:
1.Login to the application as Project manager
2. Select EVAV NPD platform
3. Go to Project management-> Projects.
4. Select a project and move to Gantt page
5. Select a task and open deliverable info
6. Attach input document and Set up review by clicking the Enable review icon
7. Attach output document
8. The document attached is sent for review to the selected user
