Documents-->change Request -->Online document-->Place the Datafields -->Given Data is not shown, instead of that it shows as label "#Changedescription#" and "#Reason for Change#" in Output screen

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as Docpro admin
2. Click on Documents
3. Select the change request
4. Enter the Data for Change description and Reason for change
5. Select the online document
6. Click on Particular template
7. Select the Change Description and reason for change fields from Revision data fields
8. Click on save
9. Click on continue in change request screen
10.Click on Document number
11.Given Data is not shown, instead of that it shows as label "#Changedescription#" and "#Reason for Change#" in Output screen

- Status changed from Fixed in Dev to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Not Resolved
As per the discussion with Dev team , they need more time to fix this issue. So moving to the next patch version -- This is Skoda Customaization
