Known Issue

1. Login as Docpro admin
2. Click on Documents
3. Select the change request
4. Enter the Data for Change description and Reason for change
5. Select the online document
6. Click on Particular template
7. Select the Change Description and reason for change fields from Revision data fields
8. Click on save
9. Click on continue in change request screen
10.Click on Document number
11.Given Data is not shown, instead of that it shows as label "#Changedescription#" and "#Reason for Change#" in Output screen
