Steps To Reproduce:
1)Log in to the module as auditor
2)raise an NC
3)submit it to auditee
4)login as auditee
5)select the nc and click on nc responsible person/action owner change
6)change the person and submit
7)an email will be generated to responsible person able to get notification email but not able to get reminder and escalation email.
