Steps To Reproduce:

1)Log in to the module as auditor
2)raise an NC
3)submit it to auditee
4)login as auditee
5)select the nc and click on nc responsible person/action owner change
6)change the person and submit
7)an email will be generated to responsible person able to get notification email but not able to get reminder and escalation email.

This issue seems to be an understanding issue, Reminders and Escalation will route to another person, until the auditor has change the auditor.
