Done button issues in Improvement Proposal and Proposal Rating menu

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Proposal Rating menu -> click New -> Select Proposal Name -> Click on Team icon -> Select a Team and Responsible Person and click on Done button

2.Improvement Proposal -> Click on Existing Proposal -> Click on Team icon -> Click on Responsible Person icon -> Select a user from the list and click on Done button -> Done button is missing on Team Selection popup window.

Description

1.Proposal Rating - Team and Responsible person selection popup - After selecting the Team and Responsible person, click on Done button and the popup should be closed. Refer Screenshot - done2

2.Improvement Proposal - After changing the Responsible person, Done button is hidden on the top and we cant able to click it. Refer Screenshot - done1
