Unable to select Team and Responsible Person in Proposal Rating menu

Click on Boss menu-> Activities-> Proposal Rating menu->

1.Click on Add button-> Click on Team Icon-> Teams are not listing.

2.Click on Edit icon-> Click on Team Icon-> Click on Responsible Person icon-> Select a user from List and click on Done button. Unable to change assigned Responsible person

Add, Edit and Search button is displayed for user with Proposal Rating-View Rights

1.Click on Boss menu-> Activities-> Proposal Rating menu-> Observe the screen

Description

When clicked on Team icon, Teams are not listing. Also unable to change the Responsible Person
