Steps To Reproduce:

1.Assign the user with Improvement Proposal-View Rights
2.Enter the site URL
3.Enter the user credentials
4.Click on Boss menu
5.Expand Activities tab from menu.
6.Click on "Improvement Proposal" menu
7.Observe the page

1.For the User with Improvement Proposal-View Rights, New, Delete, Edit should not be displayed in Improvement Proposal page
