Can't view the Risk form and Risk Form Design

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on Boss menu
2.Expand Business Planning Stratergy menu.
3.Click on Alignment Chart menu and Select any entity & Expectation category
4.Select Result KPI, Key process and Process KPI
5.Right click on Key Process box and assign any risk form
6.Click on "View Attached Risk" icon and "Preview Form" icon on Process KPI Box

In Alignment Chart menu, when clicked on "View Attached Risk" and "Preview Form" icon its not working
