View Audit Report from Perform audit -> Various issues in this report

1. Audit Report Preview -> Approver sign / name and date is not displayed

2. Wrong sign is displayed for report publisher. It has to be displayed the who published audit report.

3. Consolidate final closed out audit report is required with all actions and closure history.-- The below data's are not displaying
