Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as EwQIMS Module administrator
2. Click on Business rule
3. Click on other settings
4. Initially the Vision repeatability in Disable option
5. Click on Groups
6. Observe the list in Access rights
7. It will show the vision repeatability and close out vision repeatability
