Description

1. KPI - When having view rights - The KPI list to be shown, the add, edit, delete option should not be there.
2. KPI - view rights user - It should not show the data analysis tool access menu and LibraryParam. Refer screenshot
3. For normal module user it shows as the parameter, but for view rights user its shows as LibraryParam
