Suite : Contact person adding area in manufacturer / Vendor registrar / Customer menus validation is not displaying when "Next Level Contact Phone" is not added and saved directly (Newly added in this Build for PS)

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on manufacturer
3) Fill all the mandatory fields
4) Click on contact person adding icon
5) Fill all the fields one by one and click save to get validation
6) "Next Level Contact Phone" adding area not displays any validation when click on save but here it displays as mandatory
