Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on manufacturer
3) Fill all the mandatory fields
4) Click on contact person adding icon
5) Fill all the fields one by one and click save to get validation
6) "Next Level Contact Phone" adding area not displays any validation when click on save but here it displays as mandatory

Validation is not displayed when Next level contact phone is not specified and Also when after adding the Next level contact phone field and saved the added contact person is not listing in the grid but without adding Next level contact phone and saved Users is getting saved and displayed.
