Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on GRR Menu
3. Select the Gage number which is having multi parameter
4. Select both the parameter and put the study in on hold status
5. Click on API link and import the excel sheet of Second parameter value
6. Observe the message

Description
When user tries to import the Excel for Second parameter, when the study is in on hold status. The Alert message is showing like "{"status":"success","message":"Paramater Name doesnot match study and excel sheet","data":""}
