closedChange management -> Date Change request form "proposed closure date" date picker is changing to 2026 on 2 nd time choosing the date (Working fine in Last cycle)

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Click on change management
3) Click on Initiate change request
4) Click on Date change request and generate the form
5) Click on proposed closer date
6) Select any date and click out side of the form
7) Again click on Same date picker and change the date to some other date in same month
8) Observe the date during this time
