Steps To Reproduce:
Prerequisite: Grant project rights to a task owner.
1. Login to EwQIMS as a task owner.
2. Navigate to APQP module.
3. Open the project assigned to a task owner.
=> "Enable Task/Effort Driven" icon is enabled and the task owner is change it accordingly.

Description
"Enable Task/Effort Driven" icon is enabled for task owners with Project rights. The task owner should not have an access to enable task/effort driven approach for the project. Only the Project manager should be given this access.

As per discuss with Dev team and Sabu it is considered as WAD hence closing this issue, til customer or Implementation team rise this as a concern
