Wrap the texts entered by the user if the text contains more characters

DOcument Mgmt: Difficult to set rights if the doc name has more number of characters, the user has to scroll down till the bottom of page and then scroll right most end then scroll up and set rights

1.Pending requests Listing screen: Page looks odd if the entered text has more characters in doc name and number in new doc request screen

2.Request details: The doc number link is hiding the doc name

3.Request details: Reason for change text goes out of the border

4.Approval screen: wrap the text and utilize the bottom space instead of scroll

5.ToC: The headers are not displayed, also its not showing the details even in expanded view(same in doc mgmt)why showing 1st column with more space

6.In new doc request, if the attachment has more number of characters then in the below status table, cant view the status of the document, either scroll needed or need to wrap the attachment also
