1.Pending requests Listing screen: Page looks odd if the entered text has more characters in doc name and number in new doc request screen 2.Request details: The doc number link is hiding the doc name 3.Request details: Reason for change text goes out of the border 4.Approval screen: wrap the text and utilize the bottom space instead of scroll 5.ToC: The headers are not displayed, also its not showing the details even in expanded view(same in doc mgmt) view
