Business rules page - Popup and alert message showing not properly (check description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to Boss and open the setup menu
2.Click business rule

Description

1.Edit - Popup displaying not correct.
2.Delete activities - Using check box and delete. It does not throw an confirm message.
3. If we add and delete the activities and create the same activity which is deleted and saved. It is not added.
4.Levels cannot be set for activities. After setting level and save. It does not shown.
5.Clicking on reset level icon showing the level reset successfully. But there is no level selected. Alert message showing wrongly.
